604Pros Advertising & Payment Policy
General information for 604Pros advertisers
Current Price
As of September 1, 2026 — $1,500 gets your card printed in 10,000 decks, including:
• Printing and distribution of 10,000 decks
• Design of the advertiser's card, including one round of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to an additional design fee.
• A QR code on the card that connects to a URL of the advertiser's choice
Reserving Your Spot
A 50% payment reserves your position in the upcoming 604Pros edition. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before press.
Category availability is limited and positions are confirmed once the initial payment is received.
Cancellation
Plans change. You may cancel anytime before the final payment deadline for a $350 cancellation fee. Any amount you've paid above $350 will be refunded.
Once the final payment deadline has passed, your advertising commitment is final and non-refundable.
If 604Pros cancels the edition, your payment will be refunded.
Your Card
Send us your photo, logo, contact information and other requested materials. We'll create your 604Pros card and send it to you for approval before printing.
Your base advertising price includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions or substantial changes requested after the first revision may be subject to an additional design fee.
You're responsible for checking names, contact information, QR destinations, offers and other details before approving your card.
Once you approve the final card, it will be considered ready for printing.
Printing & Distribution
604Pros will make commercially reasonable efforts to produce and distribute the stated number of decks for each edition.
Press and distribution dates may occasionally change due to printing, shipping, weather or other operational circumstances.
604Pros provides advertising exposure but cannot guarantee specific leads, customers or sales.
Optional Services
From time to time, 604Pros may offer additional digital, creative, promotional or advertising services to help advertisers get more from their 604Pros presence.
Availability, features and pricing will vary by service and edition.
Optional services are priced separately and are not included in the base advertising price.
If We Don't Publish
If, for any reason, 604Pros does not publish the edition in which your advertising was scheduled to appear, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid for that edition.
The $350 cancellation fee does not apply when the edition is cancelled by 604Pros.
A Few Basics
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertising, offers and supplied materials.
Normal variations in commercial printing may occur.
604Pros may decline advertising that is misleading, unlawful, inappropriate or unsuitable for the publication.
